- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆after receiving my building materials I realised Simmonds had sent the wrong order ,it was collected and my money minus 20% back into my bank account when I queried why 20% had been taken was told it was company policy although it was there error.trading standards have been informed and totally agree this a breach of consumers right.after many calls to simmons no money returned.By Admin, September 13, 2020
