- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★A personalised silk flower arrangement has gone astray from the Memorial Room following a major clear-out of cut flowers and potted plants, etc since my previous visit on 1 December 2017. On my visit today (7 December) the arrangement has disappeared after only 3 weeks in the building. The accompanying remembrance card has also disappeared. As you can no doubt appreciate, this has had a devastating effect on the family. I have left my contact details with a member of the office staff and sent relevant photographs by e-mail. Words cannot express the distress caused. I would therefore appreciate your investigation into this appalling incident.By Admin, January 26, 2017
